This weekend, the Red Bull Junior Cup took place in St. Wendel / Germany. By perfect weather conditions, the Swisse rider Patrick Tellenbach saved at Saturdays time practice the pole position for the first race. But without success for the first race. Supermoto: Baffeleuf and Husqvarna extend Unlimited Class Lead in Colorado September 2, 2006

Team GP Husqvarna rider, David Baffeleuf, extended his Supermoto Unlimited Class points lead at the 6th and 7th rounds of the AMA Championship in Denver, Colorado at the Invesco Field Stadium. Baffeleuf took his SMR 510 to a 2nd place finish on day 1, and on day 2, David put on a dominating performance in the pouring rain gapping the field by some 30 seconds, bringing home an impressive victory.

Supermoto: Aprilia’s Atkins open in Denver with 5th Place Finish

After an almost two month pause, the AMA Supermoto Championship started up again with a double date in Denver, Colorado.  The race was held on the new track built at Mile High Stadium on two levels: the first utilizes the asphalt of the pit, while the second uses the surrounding land where an off-road section was created.

Supermoto: AMA Announces Additional Supermoto Round In Conjunction With Champ Car Event May 31, 2006

AMA Pro Racing announced today that an additional round of the 2006 AMA Supermoto Championship presented by Parts Unlimited has been added to the schedule. The event will be held at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin’s Road America on Sept. 22–24 in conjunction with the Champ Car Grand Prix of Road America. The Rotax Karting Series will also be featured on the same race weekend.
